The purpose of the Report User button is to report other members on the site who are using the site inappropriately i.e. sending inappropriate messages, sending spam, inappropriate profile content, fake accounts, etc.
You can report a user buy going to their profile and clicking on the Report User button.
User Reports are sent directly to the site administration team who will investigate and take the appropriate action necessary.
